Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing  

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.  

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times  

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated shipping times are:  

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days  

- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days  

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. Wellness 19 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.  

 

3. Shipping Rates  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website.  

 

4. Tracking Your Order  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package on the carrier’s website.  

 

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery  

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.  

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments  

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at 615-808-4362. We will work with the carrier to locate your package, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.  

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged package and items to assist with our resolution process. Replacements or refunds will be issued based on our review.  

 

8. International Shipping  

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.  

 

9. Changes to Shipping Policy  

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
