Is Shop My Happi Place a secure site?

Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to Shop My Happi Place within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting the returns page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns policy for additional information about returning and refunding goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange products, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement product/s and visit the returns page within 30 days of your original purchase to return the product/s you would like to return.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return products. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

I did not receive all the products I ordered or received the wrong product/s.

Please visit the returns page and we will remedy the issue immediately.

Are your products first quality?

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects. We use the finest materials in our clothing, including 100% organic Pima cotton in most but not all of our clothing products.

How do I return defective products?

You may return your order to Shop My Happi Place at P.O. Box 3359 Henderson, North Carolina 27536 within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement product/s via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Because all of our products are special made you will experience the same amount of production and shipping times as your original order. Please report claims using the returns page.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. Because all of our products are special made you will experience the same amount of production and shipping times as your original order. available you will be provided tracking information.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive tracking information and order status updates via email after your checkout is completed.

How can I pay for my order?

Shop My Happi Place currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Bitcoin, Google Pay and American Express. We do not ship COD.

How can I ship my order?

Shipping is complete free at Shop My Happi Place and we ship by the fastest method available.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?  

We do currently offer international shipping however, and can accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

Do you accept back orders?

We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. Because all of our products are special made you will rarely experience and out of stock issue. Out of stock items are immediately removed from the Shop My Happi Place website or is marked out of stock. 

Is there a minimum order size?

We do not normally have a minimum order size unless there is a special offer with built-in discounts.

We are a school or government organization, do you accept purchase orders?
